Behind every reset, fixture install, and store-level recap is an MSCO team member who showed up and did the work right. Working here is more than a job — it’s a family-oriented environment with real benefits, real training, and a path to grow inside the company rather than outside it. MSCO is expanding, and we’re hiring across the footprint.
Full-time positions with benefits, paid travel, and room to move up.
A generous group health package for you and your family, not a stripped-down plan built for a contract workforce.
Paid time off that reflects the miles and the hours our field teams put in over the course of a reset season.
Competitive starting pay with scheduled increases — and early access to wages you've already earned.
Merchandisers can become Merchandising Managers and Travel Support Managers, with the ability for further in-house promotions.
Up to 40 hours a week on a daytime schedule, with overtime available depending on the program and season.
When a project takes you out of your market, travel pay and per diem come with it — you're not covering the road yourself.
Company-provided hotels on travel weeks, booked for you so you can focus on the store instead of the logistics.
You'll be trained on plan-o-gram execution and category compliance before you're expected to run a set on your own.
MSCO has run on cross-trained internal teams since 2008 — not a rotating cast of subcontractors. That choice shapes the job as much as it shapes the work our clients see: we hire people we intend to keep, train them properly, and give them a reason to stay.
Our crews travel the country together, learn categories most merchandisers never touch, and build the kind of working relationships that make a hard reset week go smoothly. A lot of our managers started on a crew.
Field and field leadership roles open across the footprint as programs expand.
Execute resets, cut-ins, and fixture work store by store to plan-o-gram, primarily in convenience and grocery formats. Most travel is scheduled in advance in project blocks.
Run a crew on-site, keep the set on schedule and on spec, and own the photo and written recap that closes out each store.
Own execution across an assigned market — staffing, scheduling, and client communication — keeping every program in the territory aligned with what the retailer expects.
Straight about the work, so there are no surprises in week one.
Expect to be on your feet for long stretches, bending, reaching, and lifting light to moderate product — including time inside cold vaults and coolers.
Travel weeks vary by market and program. You’ll need reliable transportation and the ability to travel with the crew when a project calls for it.
Reading a plan-o-gram and executing it accurately and quickly is the core skill. Prior merchandising experience helps, but we train the right people.
